According to the news, TsyuPon was badly drunk at the park in Akasaka (close to Mid Town and JE office). He was alone totally naked and screaming so the neighbors called the police.

The media is rather forgiving to this news since actually there are no victims in this case. People understands that he should had been going under a big stress for a such a long time. But the damage is serious for a nationwide idol. . JE will investigate the details and probably will have to hold a press conference. TsuyoPon has 4 regular programs and a movie to be released. He has been the promoting campaign of the "Digitial Media Broadcasting" and the authorities halted all the CMs and considering him to be backed out.
When Goro was arrested, the media were very sensitive how to call him. They tried to avoid using "suspect." He was described as "SMAP's member, Goro INAGAKI." But this time, TsuyoPon was called "suspect" in every source. JE's influence is changing?

Just my personal thoughts.
"Smile" is much lower than expected. TBS pushed a huge promotion for this drama. I think their target was near 20%. The catchphrase of this drama was "The HYD staff will bring you a human love story." Just guessing but I think at first TBS wanted to create a sweet love story with MJ and Gakky with the HYD staff. But something went wrong, so they had to immeidiately adopt a new script. I think people were expecting to see a cute drama with MJ x Gakky.
"The Quiz Show"
I've watched the original which I really enjoyed. Since I know the storyline, I am a little more comfortable with "The Quiz Show" than "SMILE"
Usually the first episode rating of the drama becomes the key. Good luck MJ and Sho.
